Joshua Keith Roberts was born in Springfield, Missouri in September of 1973. He is a graduate of Nixa High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Socio-Political Communications from Southwest Missouri State University in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Josh was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1998.

 

During law school, Josh was certified to practice by the Supreme Court of Missouri and took to trial several cases as a prosecuting attorney for the city of Springfield, Missouri. Josh became a partner at the firm that is now known as Roberts & Easley, LLC in 1999. Current practice areas include personal injury, real estate, business planning and litigation, contract, insurance defense, civil litigation, civil rights cases and criminal defense.

Josh currently resides in Nixa, Missouri with his wife, Tifini, and two children, Greyson and Holland. Josh is a published author and the president of Nixa Public School’s Board of Education. Josh attends church at Ozark Highlands Church where he is an elder and plays bass guitar in the praise band.  Josh also serves as a director and officer of the Christian County Bar Association.
